Heiko Khoo is a Marxist agitator currently based in London. He holds meetings at Hyde Park's Speakers Corner on Sunday afternoons and runs a weekly radio show on London's Arts Radio Station Resonance fm. http://www.ResonanceFm.com broadcast on 104.4fm across London. He runs the speakers' corner web site http://www.speakerscorner.net. He was instrumental in establishing the website Marxist.com and wrote on China for it.
