Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss

Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss (1786–1830) was a professor at Halle. He described the pteridophytes collected by Adalbert von Chamisso, and named the fern Cibotium chamissoi after him. The genus Kaulfussia is named for Kaulfuss.
