Teaching

Geeta's focus is on specific anatomy and physiology of women. Specific asanas, pranayama and sequences are given for different stages in a woman's life including, menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause. Similar to her father, Geeta explains how yoga is used as a method to help relieve pain or suffering that can be seen in a variety of conditions relating to respiratory system, circulatory system, nervous system, muscles, epidermis, and mental conditions.
