. It was founded in 2002, and provides education for years Prep to 12.

Located in Lovely Banks, the school gets a very nice view over Corio Bay and the northern suburbs of Geelong.

The current principal is Trudy Knol, who took over from Stuart Kerdel at the end of 2007. The current College Captains are Cameron Martin and Hannah Killey. The Vice College Captain is Thomas Lynch.

A Year 9 program named "The Edge" commenced at the start of term 3 in 2009 offering camps and other experiences.

It currently has around 183 students, and is still a growing, and expanding school.

The school participates in inter-school sports competitions including netball, football and soccer among others.
Geelong Baptist College soccer team has been solid in the past three years winning WCCSA in 2009 with ease beating Macendon Grammar 9-0 and losing to Kardina College 1-0 in GISSA in 2009.

The all time top goal scorer is Paul Zimonyi with 17 goals in 18 matches the current captain is Nicholas Salcombe with 10 goals in 27 matches in defence.

 visited Geelong Baptist College to run a soccer clinic to the whole school this was organised by Nicholas Salcombe and Daniel Gibson for their year 10 Victorian Certificate of Attempted learning.
