Gary Shaw is an American boxing promoter.
Shaw began his professional affiliation with boxing in 1971, when he was appointed inspector to the New Jersey State Athletic Control Commission (NJSAC) by Jersey Joe Walcott
.
In 1999, he changed sides and became the Chief Operating Officer of promoter Main Events.
In 2002 he became a promoter founding Gary Shaw Productions, LLC. His first star was Jeff Lacy
who recently left him after a bitter dispute together with Ronald Wright who is also advised by attorney Jim Wilkes.
