. The show began in August 2005 after a visit to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Whilst chiefly an audio podcast there are occasional video episodes such as the London Grand Prix and Don't Call Me Carface.

GJOS distinguishes itself from other motor sport podcasts with a lively mix of serious chat, comedy sketches, and bespoke music. The original and witty songs deal with the world of cars and motor sport and are often recorded in the style of some well-known artists. Titles have included:
