Issue #11 Oct/Nov 2004 was the final issue. The reasons for the end of the magazine are for a variety of reasons. First of all, the magazine didn't sell well enough. Second of all, the Nintendo DS was coming out, which would probably decrease the sales of the Game Boy Advance by a lot.

The next month, the GBA World staff released GBA World's successor Total Gamer.

This mag was also a mini magazine and contained humour much like GBA World, but instead focused on all formats.
