FOH is a BPA audited magazine with its current circulation according to their December 2010 BPA Statement of 22,734.

FOH's editor is Mark Frink. Mark is a seasoned live sound professional who has toured doing audio for K.D.Lang, Tony Bennett and Jessica Simpson to name a few.

FOH was founded by Timeless Communications,Corp president Terry Lowe in 2003. FOH along with its sister publication Projection, Lights & Staging News presents the annual Parnelli Awards. These awards honor lifetime achievements in the entertainment technology industry as well as current practitioners whose works were outstanding in the preceding 12 month period. LIfetime achievement winners are selected by a board of advisers and yearly awards are nominated and voted on by the readers of the magazine. The Parnelli Awards were named after Rick "Parnelli" O'Brien a beloved production manager in the industry.

Sister magazine Projection, Lights and Staging News reports on theatrical and concert lighting as well as large format video and projection for entertainment in the same formats.

Timeless Communications also owns another free live production magazine which is totally about theater, called "Stage Directions". Stage Directions looks at theatre all the way from high school, college community, regional to equity theatre productions. The magazine has been in continuous print for 19 years.
