Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion and Information Act

The Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion and Information Order, which
implements the act, requires qualified handlers of fresh cut flowers and greens, with sales of $750,000 or more annually, to pay an assessment to the National PromoFlor Council. Handlers with sales to retailers, exempt handlers and consumers are required to pay an assessment totaling one half of one percent of their total monthly sales of fresh cut flowers and greens.
