Nudist camp

Since 1976, Freemans Waterhole has been the site of the ROSCO nudist camp. The camp is built on 40 hectares just to the west of the Freemans Waterhole main road. The suburb was named Freemans Waterhole as a result of ROSCO's presence in the area and the large waterhole that is situated next to the camp. The camp has many facilities including heated pools and spas, tennis and badminton courts, children's play area, recreation halls, a cook house and many other activities. The club maintains a discreet presence and remains closed to the public with membership being acquired by special invitation only.
