Agreement with Federal Regulators

Fort Collins-based First National Bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency executed a formal agreement regarding loan and credit issues on June 22, 2009. The OCC released all of the enforcement actions for late June and early July on Aug. 21, 2009.

In the document, the OCC stated it determined First National "engaged in unsafe and unsound banking practices relating to its credit underwriting and administration, commercial real estate risk management, credit risk ratings and allowance for loans and lease losses."
