FileBound is a document management, workflow and electronic forms software suite of products.

FileBound is developed by Marex Group, Inc., an AIIM Advisory trade member and Microsoft gold certified partner headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.

History

FileBound was launched in 2001 by Rex Lamb, Mark Creglow and Brad Vossler. The 3 original founders have a long history in the Document Management space including owning and operating document conversion service bureaus and software development companies dating back to the early 80s. All 3 are still active in the business with Mr. Lamb serving as President, Mr. Creglow as COO, and Mr. Vossler as Chief Software Architect. The FileBound solutions are marketed by over 150 resellers in the US and through distribution in Latin America, Australia, Europe, and Africa.
