He is the recipient of the Golden Lion Award by the Persian Academy from the prestigious International Further Studies Institute, for his musical achievements as a singer/songwriter. His latest album, Khate Sevom (The Third Line), was released in October 2010. He is currently on a world tour, 2011 Legends Concert, with Dariush Eghbali, the Persian singer. Their tour has been met with enthusiastic crowds and sold-out shows in many cities in North America, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
