), a very close relative of Ritesh, as well as a genius. After the college is set, they name it "Fakirchand And Lakirchand Trust University (F.A.L.T.U.)". They hire Bajirao (Ritesh Deshmukh), a small nursery teacher as the prinicipal, though after some random and useless children show up for their admission at F.A.L.T.U, they are forced to continue the act. When they try to make F.A.L.T.U official, and a real college, they are rejected, and therefore they take part in a talent competition for university's, where after their performance, they are humiliated by Vishnu's father (Akbar Khan

). Then, one of the show judges, Mr. Subodh (Mithun Chakraborty

) enters, he stops Vishnu's father, and talks to Google and Bajirao about turning F.A.L.T.U into a real college, as he sees true education in they're fate, and hope. In the end, Bajirao goes back to teaching nursery children. Nanj fulfills his dream, becomes a fitness-trainer. Pooja becomes a DJ. Vishnu frees from his dad's jungle, and decides to become an actor. Google Chand is still relaxing in his pad, still living life while he can. And Ritesh now owns F.A.L.T.U, leader of the university, which is now full of more than 500 students.

According to Box office India, F.A.L.T.U performed a "good" opening nationwide, but loosened the weakness throughout the third week. The film collected 20 crores in its full theatrical run, and was "above average" at the box office.

Since F.A.L.T.U was the surprise hit of the year, it premiered on the Asian channel MAX on 26 June 2011.
