It's chaplain is Fr. Lorenzo Gomez, LC. He took part in the foundation of the school and has been in the metro Detroit area for 33 years. Most families at Everest consider him a good priest and an important one for the school.

Everest Schools

The Everest Schools are made up of the following:
  • Pre-Kindergarten
  • Lower Elementary School: Kindergarten, Grades 1-2
  • Upper Elementary School: Grades 3-5
  • Middle School: Grades 6-8
  • High School: Grades 9-11

International Program

Everest Academy has an International Students Program where students from 6th to 8th grade stay for one year. There is an average 10 international students per class from 6th to 8th grade. In total there are and average 30 international students per school year.

Students at Everest Academy get to know the international students and are at school with them for one school year while international students get to know American culture and the American students.

It is affiliated with Oak International but compared to the other academies in the same organization this one includes the experience of going to an american school. The other academies are all-international students schools.
