The beginning of his career
Erasmo Esteves was born in the neighborhood of Tijuca in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, Bahia her mother left pregnant by a man who declined to take the paternidade.Erasmo knew Sebastião Rodrigues Maia (who would later be known as Tim Maia) since childhood, But the friendship would only come in adolescence because of the fever Rock and Roll.

The 70
In the 1970s, Erasmo signed with Polydor. The first half of the decade the tremendum shows a very different style of the Young Guard.
