, JCPenney and Steiger's.

In 1993, the G. Fox chain was converted to Filene's

as a result of a merger, and in 2006 this store became a Macy's.

Steiger's operated at the east end of the mall until 1994 when the entire chain went out of business. In 1995 the space became Sears. Target built a new store on the north side of the mall in the late 1990s.
