. The mandate of the Economic Court includes the resolution of disputes arising during the implementation of economic obligations. The Court may also resolve other disputes classified as within its mandate by agreements of member states. The Economic Court has the right to interpret provisions of agreements and other acts of the Commonwealth for economic issues. The Economic Court carries out its activity in accordance with an Agreement on the Status of the Economic Court and a Statute thereon, approved by the Council of Heads of States.
