and volunteer-run media arts center founded in 2002. They are located in the Alvarado Arts building at the corner of Sunset Blvd and Alvarado Street in Echo Park, California, next door to the Downbeat Cafe.

EPFC offers super 8 telecine services, super 8 camera rentals, cinema screenings, film classes, and even runs "Film Mobile", a unique mobile cinema and film school bus.
