History

E-Junior was launched in August 2001. There were two separate channels, one in English and one in Arabic. In 2004 it became one channel with two languages. Viewers can use the remote control and press a blue button to change language or subtitles.

New look

When e-Junior celebrated its 8th anniversary in 2009, e-Junior had a new look and a new logo. It now has four mascots: Red, Blue, Orange and Green. Red is for Movies. Blue is for preschool shows. Orange is for live action shows and green is for cartoons.

Schedule

Unlike other children channels(except SpaceToon), this is not a 24 hour channel. The times are:
Sat-Weds Thurs-Fri Summer
6 am to 9 pm 6 am to 11 pm 6 am to 11 pm

All shows depending on the show's audience target will be divided into 4 groups. 1 group is for pre-school shows. 1 group is for animations. 1 group is for live-action shows. And 1 group is for movies.

Shows currently airing on e-Junior

New shows will be added and a new schedule will available every month. A show can be pulled off from the channel if the ratings of that show is too low.

Pre-School shows(Blue Mascot)

During Pre-School shows, the Blue Mascot will takeover the show. Pre-School shows are targeted to 0-6 Year Old children. This list contains Pre-School shows currently airing.
