decks, released March 19, 2010. Phyrexia vs. The Coalition is the fifth installment of the Duel Decks series. It is the first box of the series to include a multicolored deck. The tagline of the product is "Relive the most epic battle in Magic: The Gathering history.", referring to the Phyrexian invasion on Dominaria. One of the decks is a five-colored deck, representing The Coaltion, whereas the other is mono-black, representing the Phyrexian side.

The set contains two mythic rare cards and ten rare cards. The two mythic rare cards, and , although initially printed as rare, are reprinted as foil mythic rares with alternative art. There are also four other cards reprinted with alternative art (Armadillo Cloak, Phyrexian Processor, Voltaic Key, and Yavimaya Elder). All of the cards are black bordered and tournament legal in their respective formats.
