. Spanning over 3000000 sq ft (278,709.1 m²) the whole project is expected to cost AED 8 Billion. Dubai Exhibition city will be built in phases and the first phase is due for completion in 2009, which encompass an area of 100,000 Sq meters and endow a parking space for more than 20,000 cars. The final phase is expected to be completed in 2020. The project includes 19 exhibition halls, office, entertainment and retail spaces, and hotels and restaurants.

Dubai exhibition city upon completion will home to worlds longest single column-free exhibition hall in the world, which will cover an area of 85,000 Sq meters.
