Plot summary

Nick Carter is on vacation in Hong Kong when he runs into a long time friend, CIA agent Bob Ludwell. Ludwell is on a job, but he has lost his nerve, and gives Nick a package for his wife before they part. Before dawn, Ludwell is dead, as well as a boy who was working for Carter. The culprits are The Society of The Red Tiger – The Tiger Tong
