 – an extraordinary cultural grouping that features three world-class museums and two regional history museums – the Dr. Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden honors the world-renowned Springfield author and illustrator, whose real name was Theodore Geisel. The monument was designed by Lark Grey Dimond-Cates, the author's stepdaughter and created by Sculptor and Artist Ron Henson.
The sculpture garden features five, large bronze statues:
