Dimitrije Basicevic

Dimitrije Bašičević was an artist, critic and curator, working under the pseudonym Mangelos. He made handmade books, sculptures and paintings.

He was co-founder and director of Gallery of Primitive Art in Zagreb. Later he became the director of Centre for Film, Photography and TV. Mangelos shared his anti-art ideas with the Gorgona Group
