Defense Research Institute

The Defense Research Institute is an organization of more than 22,000 lawyers and corporate counsel, and a frequent critic of the American Association for Justice and other trial lawyers.

The DRI's Annual Professional Achievement and Service Awards are given each October to outstanding state and local defense organizations, member law firms, and individuals. DRI awards a Law Student Diversity Scholarship program to second-year African American, Hispanic, Asian, Pan Asian and Native American students.
