Former Ottawa West Member of Parliament David Daubney has a long history of community service, having served with the Kiwanis Club, the Ottawa Heart and Stroke Foundation and the United Way of Ottawa-Carleton. In the past David has been a volunteer on the Board of the Southern Ontario Library Service and served as a Trustee of the Ottawa Public Library, including two years as its Chairperson prior to amalgamation. He is coordinator of the Sentencing Reform Team at the Department of Justice.
