David Archuleta, (born on May 5, 1982) is a former United States Air Force Airman of Okinawan stationary troops and is currently an American male kickboxer.
d Archuleta was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 5, 1981. He then went to Okinawa Japan in the year of 2000. He started kickboxing at the age of 18, and enjoyed a successful career winning several titles including a world title. After winning his world title, David decided to pursue a music career and released 5 albums in the country of Japan.

Biography
David Archuleta was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 5, 1981. He then went to Okinawa Japan in the year of 2000. He started kickboxing at the age of 18, and enjoyed a successful career winning several titles including a world title. After winning his world title, David decided to pursue a music career and released 5 albums in the country of Japan. He retired from the entertainment industry in December 2006. As of 2008, he is studying to a Medical Doctor at the University of New Mexico.
As a professional kickboxer
David dominated the sport of Kickboxing in Japan, winning several titles including an ISKA title and the UKF Light Middle Weight World Champion. He has starred in several successful shows including K-1 World Max. He has also produced the show Okinawan Gladiators.
Challenge to the stars
Archuleta fought against Hitoshi Ogasawara who had won the national title of Thailand although he was Japanese, and finished as draw. In addition, he also went to draw against HAYATO who is a star of the Japanese kickboxing world.
In 2004, he beat Takehiro Murahama, the winner of K-1 JAPAN'97 Featherweight tournament by decision with perfect Muay Thai skills.
As a musician
Under the name "DAVID," Archuleta was a member of the Okinawan hip-hop group TRIPLE-P until February 2007, when he left the group due to "personal circumstances." He was the group's lyricist (along with fellow bandmate SHUN) and MC.
