Career

He came in January 2007 from B.T. International, an Adabraka-based colts club, he is nicknamed Damba. From nowhere the 18-year-old goalie, nicknamed Damba for his agility and bravery, emerged as the ‘big thing’ Liberty Professionals’ young promising goalkeeper. He revealed that Adjei was promoted from the club’s youth team to the senior side in the second round following his huge potential.

Adjei became more widely known after helping the Liberty youth side finish in second place in the famous Gothia Cup
