 announced new anime/manga series were under production to accompany the release of their latest robot

 will also release a series of plastic models featuring the characters from the game. Although initially set for release in 2010, the anime series began airing on the TV Tokyo Network starting March 2, 2011 while the game launched on June 16, 2011. The manga series is serialized in Shogakukan
