It is home to the world famous "Stagnant Pond Ballroom", located in Downtown romantic Crawleyville Indiana; which over the years has had such acts as Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Roger Miller and other legends of country music. In fact many would not consider their career complete unless they had played the Ballroom. Many of these acts as well as stories from the area have been retold by local raconteur Slug Smeggs on WRAY's Country Gold Program.
