. In February, 2004, Compuware Corporation acquired Covisint. Initially focused in the automotive industry, Covisint has expanded into the healthcare, oil and gas, and other industries.
In 2010 Covisint acquired DocSite, an award-winning clinical decision support and quality performance management company based in Raleigh, N.C.
