Basic facts

The runs on the same rails as the but takes only 16 minutes from the Airport to the Wien Mitte station, compared to 25 minutes for the S7. A CAT ticket costs between 8 and 12 Euro, while S7 tickets cost 3.60 Euro. Both CAT and S7 run twice an hour during the day.

Passengers can check in up to 75 minutes prior to departure for a number of airlines.

In 2008 nearly 1.1 million passengers were transported.
