(CBEX) and authorized by the Beijing municipal government

In June 2009, the CBEEX signed a deal with BlueNext
to build a platform for carbon credit
trade. BlueNext is Europe's largest carbon credit exchange and is owned jointly by NYSE Euronext and French state-owned bank Caisse des Dépôts.
