It will consist of four plazas with split-style single floor, 20 feet (6.1 m) high ceilings on the ground floor, expansive contiguous space ranging from 30000 sq ft (2,787.1 m²) to 125000 sq ft (11,612.9 m²) in each plaza and interplaza connectivity up to 200000 sq ft (18,580.6 m²) spread across the four plazas. The plazas will house banks, financial institutions, teaching & Training institutes, consultants, fashion and jewelry designers. There will also be several restaurants, and cafés.
