The business district will be spread over 25 acres (101,171.5 m²) and will be in close proximity to major commercial centers of the capital such as Connaught Place

The plazas will house banks, financial institutions, teaching & Training institutes, consultants, fashion and jewelry designers. There will also be several restaurants, and cafés.
