Cengiz Kurtoğlu (born 1959) is a unique Turkish music artist. He was born in 1959 in Artvin, Turkey. He worked as a civil servant at a tea factory in Artvin and migrated to Istanbul in 1982.

In 1985 his first album "Sen Sözden Anlamaz Mısın?" was released and he became very popular.
