Personal

Carrie grew up a Southern California blonde in the beach City of Encinitas, CA with her parents, Jim and Pam, and big sister Natalie. In addition to becoming a star on the field, Carrie was also a star in the classroom. She graduated with honors from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame with a degree in marketing. Her sister Natalie also excelled both as a student and soccer defender at Cornell University

 and currently resides in La Jolla, CA. Carrie’s Grandpa Bob can also be found in the stands at many games cheering on the Pride. At 91 years young he is Carrie’s biggest and favorite fan.

She scored her first goal as a professional on April 11, 2009 against Sky Blue FC and looks forward to scoring many more now that she’s wearing blue.
