in clinical psychology from the University of Florida
. In mid 2005, he admitted to spying on the Cuban exile
community, notably the Cuban-American National Foundation
and Brothers to the Rescue
organizations, on behalf of Cuba's General Intelligence Directorate
. He was arrested in January 2006, and pled guilty to conspiracy. On February 27, 2007 he was sentenced to five years in prison.
