For the 2010–11 season, he was awarded a first team squad number 17. He made his Football League debut on 10 December 2010 as a 95th minute substitute in a League One match against Rochdale

On 31 December 2010, he joined Altrincham
on work experience. He made his debut for the club the next day, playing the entire match against Wrexham.
On 10 August 2011 he joined Stockport County
on a free transfer.
