The Association traditionally holds two events per year. The annual drinks reception brings senior members of the Inn, notably its Treasurer and Under-Treasurer, to Cambridge to address and meet students. The annual dinner, which alternates between Gray's Inn and Cambridge, allows barristers, benchers and students to dine together in a formal setting. Recent events have been attended by such figures as Lord Justice Jacob

The Association is run by a Committee comprising three student members (the President, the Secretary and the Junior Treasurer) and a Senior Treasurer, a tutor.
