Chart performance

"Calling" went to number seven when released on 26 November 2001 with 28,000 sales in its first week - altogether, the single sold 70,515 copies - the 192nd best seller of 2001. This single did little to help the sales of the album, as it was quite poorly promoted. The poor chart position was rumoured to have upset Geri - "Calling" was her favourite song on the album, and she thought it was a sure-fire number one. Because of this, no further singles from Scream If You Wanna Go Faster were released, and Geri took a break from music while living in Los Angeles
