History

The House was privately owned ever since the Doomsday Survey, until around the time of the War, when it was passed on the Army to be used as a maternity Hospital. Over 100 babies have been delivered in Marlborough Hall.

The House has changed hands within the Army several times, having been used by the Officers' Association, and the WRAC
