In its brief career as a Confederate cruiser it captured a number of ships: The Whistling Ada, Arabella, Byzantium, Elizabeth Ann, Florence, Goodspeed, Isaac Webb, Z.A. Macomber, Marengo, Ripple, Rufus Choate, Shattemuc, Umpire and Wanderer. Its final capture was the schooner
