She is also a member of the National Assembly’s Standing Committees on Finance and Revenue, Interior and Kashmir Affairs.

Ms. Gohar has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from USA, with over 19 years experience in policy design and influence, development design and plans, projects evaluation and in implementing human rights and development programmes in Pakistan and the region. She has been a member of the National Commission on the Status of Women
