  • Baking- this is the only Bakery department in the Connecticut Technical High School System. This trade has been highly involved in a national organization known as SkillsUSA. Since becoming involved in SkillsUSA this shop has sent numerous students to the state-wide SkillsUSA competition. Bullard Haven's baking department has taking first place since a competition in this trade has first been held. At one point during a two year streak, a student by the name of Michael Freitas took the first place title.
