 became the teams drivers. This year also bought in new sponsorship to Alan Gurr's car in the form of the Tool manufacturing company Irwin Tools.
In 2007 Britek showed promise with Bright at the wheel where they were able to break into the top ten a few times. At Bathurst that year Bright at one point was leading the race but later crashed due to the combination of cold slick tyres and wet weather while running well into the top ten.

 Super 2000 cars driven by Michael Guest and Darren Windus. This deal fell through in early 2008 when the program was abandoned after Pirtek announced that they could no longer sponsor the team. Britek briefly fielded an entry for Windus before winding up the rally team.
