 announced he would sign a new defender. On 20 August, Saah was signed on a free transfer until the end of the season and appointed club captain.

In May 2010, Saah was selected for the England C squad to play in the opening International Challenge Trophy game with the Republic of Ireland. Later that month Saah signed a two year extension with Cambridge United to keep him at the club until July 2012.

On 1st July 2011, Saah signed with League Two side Torquay United, reuniting him with previous manager Martin Ling
