The village counts 100 inhabitants, three restaurants, two shops, a post office, a school and a small shipwork. Most of the inhabitants are older people living from state pension and helping themselves with fishing and agriculture.
Tourist attractions, besides the virgin nature and crystal sea, are the ruins of Soppe castel, a 16th century summer house owned by Zadar
