Brahmand is located about one km from Ghodbunder RoadGhodbunder Road

Transport
There are many buses operated by TMT to Thane Railway Station (Frequency about 30 minutes, Bus No. 62 from Brahmand and 55 from Azad Nagar) and to Mulund Kelkar College (Bus No. 121, at 7:20 AM, 8:55AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 2:30 PM, 4:10 PM, 6:15PM, 7:55 PM). MSRTC (ST) buses are available to Andheri, Panvel and Borivali in the morning.Recently, BEST has started service up to Seepz (Andheri East) (Bus No. 491 Ltd, at 6:30 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:20 AM, 9:17 am, 9:45 AM, 11:11AM, 12:12 PM, 1:19 PM, 2:26 PM, 5:14 PM, 6:49 PM, 8:19 PM, 9:50 PM) via Ghodbunder Road - Omkareshwar Mandir - Kurar Village - Jay Coach - Seepz Bust Stn) with a frequency of about 20–30 minutes.From November 1 2011 BEST has started new express route C-45 upto Ghatkopar bus station via Mulund bus station (WEST),Mulund station,Bhandup Railway Station,Gandhi nagar,Vikhroli station road,Vikhroli Depot,R-city mall ghatkopar with a frequency of 20 to 30 mins. Hiranandani Estate is easily accessible from Brahmand and there are Air Conditioned King Long Buses by BEST A-13 EXP ply between Hiranandani and Backbay Depot via Eastern Express Highway (Flyovers).
NMMT also has started its bus service from Brahmand to Vashi Sector-6 (Bus No: 18 at 9:15 AM and 10:45 AM)
