In 1984, Representative Lynn was one of the founders of the City of Moreno Valley, Riverside County, California, and served Moreno Valley as a City Councilman and Mayor Pro-Tem. He moved from California to Alaska in 1995. Rep. Lynn is a Past-President of Alaska Right to Life. At the 2008 Republican National Convention, he was a voting delegate from the State of Alaska. His principal hobbies are photography and family history.
